An outstanding job and a very classy presentation - each knife returned wrapped in crisp black paper, tied with string and with edge protectors yet!! The knives all slide down thru a tomato skin like it was butter.

Extremely easy process (did the drop and pickup at his house) and very sharp kitchen knives. Better than the manufacturer's recommended service. We'll definitely bring them back but it will likely be a while!

Section 03How much does knife sharpening cost in Austin?
Knives under 7" are $15. Knives 7" and over are $20. Chip and tip repair is included at no extra charge. Serrated knives are the same price as any knife of the same length.
How long does a professional sharpening last?
A home cook sharpening weekly or less can expect one to three months between sharpenings. Heavy home use narrows that to two to six weeks. In a commercial kitchen, blades may need attention every few days to two weeks.
Do you sharpen serrated knives?
Yes. Serrated knives are sharpened at the same price as any knife of the same length: $15 for under 7", $20 for 7" and over.
Do I have to be home for porch pickup?
No. Leave your knives in a bag on your porch and I will pick them up, sharpen them, and return them. You pay after service.
Is there a minimum for porch pickup?
Porch pickup has a $150 order minimum. The trip fee depends on distance and I confirm it by text before I come out. The drop-box has no minimum.
