The drop box is on the patio on the porch at 9407 Longvale Dr, Austin TX 78729. It's a brown chest-style box — easy to spot. You can use Google Maps to get directions directly to the location.

Wrap your knives in a kitchen towel, use blade guards, or place them in a knife roll. The goal is to protect the edges and prevent any movement during handling. Please include a note with your name and phone number.

Most orders are completed same-day or next morning. I check the drop box multiple times throughout the day. You'll receive a text message as soon as your knives are sharpened and ready for pickup.

Text me directly at (512) 791-6572 with 'URGENT' before dropping off. I'll do my best to prioritize your order based on current workload. Same-day service is usually possible for drop-offs made before noon.

I accept cash, Venmo, and CashApp. For orders over $200, Credit/Debit Card is available via a secure link. No Zelle. Once I receive your items, I'll text you with the order details including the total cost and estimated completion time. Most customers pay at pickup, but you can pay anytime that works for you.

Kitchen knives, pocket knives, scissors (household, fabric, and grooming), lawn mower blades, loppers, pruning shears, axes, hatchets, and most other bladed tools. If you're unsure, just text me to ask.

It's recommended but not required. Booking online helps me know what to expect and ensures faster processing. But if you're in a rush, you can drop off with a note containing your name, phone, and item count.
