Seriously Fast Sharpening provides professional sharpening and blade restoration services including:

• —Knife sharpening (kitchen, pocket, and specialty blades)
• —Scissors and fabric shear sharpening
• —Garden tool and lawn mower blade sharpening
• —Chip repair, tip repair, and edge restoration
• —Porch pickup, 24/7 drop-box, and mail-in service

Service Quality & Guarantee

We stand behind every sharpening. If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us within 30 days and we will re-sharpen the item at no charge.

We take exceptional care with every item. However, we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage not disclosed at the time of drop-off, or for blades that are structurally compromised and cannot be safely restored.

Pricing & Payment

• —Payment is due upon pickup or delivery of your completed items
• —We accept cash, card, and digital payments (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay)
• —A small travel fee applies to porch pickup — this fee is disclosed before booking
• —Porch pickup requires a minimum of $150 in services

Item Responsibility

Once your items are in our possession, we take full responsibility for their safe handling. The following conditions apply:

• —Items must be claimed within 30 days of service completion
• —We are not responsible for unclaimed items after 60 days
• —Customers must accurately describe item condition at drop-off
• —We reserve the right to decline service on unsafe or severely damaged items

Drop-Box Use

The 24/7 drop-box at 9407 Longvale Dr, Austin, TX 78729 is provided as a convenience. Items placed in the drop-box are accepted into our care upon retrieval by us. We are not liable for items damaged or stolen prior to our retrieval. Do not place firearms, illegal items, or non-sharpening items in the drop-box.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the value of that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted at https://seriouslyfastsharpening.com/terms-of-service with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
