About My Low Reviews
Nearly every low review I have is from 2024 or early 2025, and almost none are about sharpening. They are about a 3D-printed accessory I shipped through a separate store. Orders came in faster than I could handle them, messages went to an inbox I was not watching, and people waited on me. That was mine to fix and I was slow to it.
Everything routes through one number now, (512) 791-6572, and I answer it myself. In three years and 148 reviews, two have been anything less than five stars. Neither one was about the sharpening. Here is one of them.

“Texted to confirm they could sharpen wood chipper knives, they took 2 days to respond. But they did confirm they could sharpen them. We arranged a drop off tume and I did so later that day. I texted the next morning to confirm they'd got it - never got a response. Waited 2 days then went ahead and got them back where I had set them on the porch 2 days prior. I don't want to leave a low star review when I didn't get to see their actual work. But consider this an informational review.”
My Response
He's right, and it was my fault. I was switching phone systems and two of his texts never reached me. He drove out, left knives on the porch, and heard nothing for two days. Everything comes to one line now, (512) 791-6572. That's been the only number since.
