How long does the full process take?
Plan on 8 to 12 days total. Roughly 2 to 4 days shipping to me, 1 to 3 business days for sharpening, then 2 to 4 days back to you. I text you when your package arrives and again when it ships back.
Who pays for return shipping?
You cover outbound (typically $10 to $15 via USPS Priority). I cover return shipping on orders of 8 or more items. Smaller orders: $8 to $12 return based on weight. I confirm before billing.
Is it safe to mail knives?
Yes, with proper packing. I send you a detailed guide with photos after you book. In 3+ years I have never lost a customer's knife.
What types do you sharpen?
