That's why I made Bee Cave a Tier A city despite being a smaller population than Leander or Pflugerville: the per-kitchen knife volume here is some of the highest in the metro.
The Hill Country Galleria H-E-B is my anchor stop. My Bee Cave customers live in Bee Cave Village, the Hills of Lost Creek, Sweetwater, and Spillman Ranch. Several of my customers out here own the most expensive knives I see all year, Shibata, Konosuke, Yoshihiro, Masamoto. They deserve a proper water stone treatment, not a pull-through.
