Bee Cave is a crossroads, literally. The Hill Country Galleria brings in kitchens from Lakeway, Dripping Springs, Spicewood, and deep west Austin — all within 15 minutes of each other. That's why we made Bee Cave a Tier A city despite being a smaller population than Leander or Pflugerville: the per-kitchen knife volume here is some of the highest in the metro.
The Hill Country Galleria H-E-B is our anchor stop. Our Bee Cave customers live in Bee Cave Village, the Hills of Lost Creek, Sweetwater, and Spillman Ranch. Several of our customers out here own the most expensive knives we see all year — Shibata, Konosuke, Yoshihiro, Masamoto. They deserve a proper water stone treatment, not a pull-through.
