Michael did a great job sharpening my Shun shears. He cleaned and oiled them too, and they feel like new again. Dropoff and pickup was quick and easy. Would definitely go back.

An outstanding job and a very classy presentation - each pair returned wrapped in crisp black paper, tied with string and with edge protectors yet!! They slide through fabric like it was butter.

Extremely easy process (did the drop and pickup at his house) and very sharp results. Better than the manufacturer's recommended service.

Hair & Grooming Shears: $50 per shear

Shears are not knives. A convex edge has to be honed on the correct radius. Get it wrong and you flatten the bevel and the shear stops cutting cleanly. A set of professional shears runs $400 to $800. The name does not go on the work until it can be done to the same standard as everything else.

Waitlist is first in line. Tell me what you run and how many, and you will get a text the week the books open.
