It's simple: you book online or text us, we come to your home at the scheduled time, you hand us your knives at the door, and we sharpen them right there on the spot using our professional equipment — all in 15–30 minutes. You can watch the whole process. No driving, no waiting days, no shipping your knives anywhere.

Most appointments take 15–30 minutes depending on how many items you have and their condition. A typical household set of 4–6 knives takes about 20 minutes. We sharpen everything on-site before we leave, so you walk back inside with razor-sharp knives the same day.

We sharpen kitchen knives of all types — chef knives, paring knives, santoku knives, bread knives, boning knives, cleavers, Japanese knives, and more. We also sharpen scissors, shears, pocket knives, hunting knives, and garden tools like pruning shears. If it has an edge, we can likely sharpen it.

Sharpening prices start at $10 for knives under 3 inches, $15 for knives 3–7 inches, and $20 for knives 7 inches or longer. Scissors start at $8. There is also a travel fee based on your distance from our North Austin base — use the calculator on the booking page to see your exact fee. Most Austin-area customers pay $20–$40 in travel.
