I restore clean, reliable cutting edges with intention and care, keeping heat low and steel removal minimal so your blades stay sharp longer and keep their geometry.
Safety Features
Temper Protected. Sharpening professionally since 2022, I remove minimal steel and stay fully aware of temper, the opposite of careless.
Precise Geometry. I don't just grind away steel. I restore the original cutting angle and do custom.
Hand-Inspected. Every knife is tested before it leaves the shop. I inspect every knife to ensure top quality.
